Welcome to Hitraa Technologies. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all client projects and courses offered by Hitraa Technologies. We strive to ensure our clients and students are satisfied with our services and courses. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Definitions
- "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Hitraa Technologies.
- "Client" refer to individual or organization that enters into a contractual agreement with Hitraa Technologies for one or more project-related service or services.
- "Student" refer to individual who purchases and enrolls in a course or courses offered by Hitraa Technologies.
- "Refund Request" refer to a formal request submitted by a client or student seeking a refund for services or course.
- "Course Content" refer to Materials, lessons, and resources provided as part of a course offered by Hitraa Technologies.
2. Services
Hitraa Technologies offers various IT services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile development, ios development, desktop development, game development, custom software solutions, education solutions, e-commerce solutions, crm & erp systems, cloud solutions, it consulting, maintenance & support, digital marketing, internship opportunities. Each service is subject to individual agreements outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.
3. Courses
Hitraa Technologies offers various IT Courses including, but not limited to, Web development, Software development, Full-stack, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, AI/ML, Data Science. Each course is subject to individual agreements outlining specific roadmap, skills, duration, and pricing.
4. Policies for Students Purchasing Courses
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Students are eligible for a refund if they are not satisfied with the course and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Course Description: Refunds are available if the course content is significantly different from what was described.
- Course Cancellation: If the course is canceled by Hitraa Technologies, students are eligible for a refund.
- Course Progress: Refunds are not available if the student has completed more than 25% of the course content.
- Refund Period: Refund requests made after 7 days of course purchase are not eligible for refunds.
- Course Material: Any course material that has been downloaded or consumed cannot be returned or refunded.
- The refund amount is applicable only to the course fee excluding payment gateway platform fees and taxes.
- Request Submission: Students must submit a refund request through our official email within the eligible refund period.
- Processing Time: The refund process will take up to 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.
5. Additional Policies for Client Projects
For client projects, please refer to the specific agreements which include detailed terms on payment, refunds, and cancellations. Each project is governed by its own contract that outlines these policies, tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of the project.
6. Amendments
Hitraa Technologies reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. It is your responsibility to review these policies regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
