Hitraa Technologies offers various IT services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, custom software development, and IT consulting. Each service is subject to individual agreements outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing structure agreed upon at the commencement of the project.
• Payments may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges like GST.
• Any late payments will incur additional fees, as stipulated in the individual service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, software, and intellectual property created by Hitraa Technologies as part of any service provided remain the property of Hitraa Technologies unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.
• You are granted a limited license to use the deliverables strictly for the purposes agreed upon in the service contract.

5. Data Protection

• We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the data and confidential information shared with us are protected. However, Hitraa Technologies is not liable for any breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Hitraa Technologies is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these terms.
• Termination of the contract does not absolve you from making any outstanding payments owed to Hitraa Technologies.

9. Amendments

Hitraa Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
